Had a meal in the restaurant, it was truly amazing, the food was very well presented, cooked to perfection and tasted delicious. We were not staying at the hotel, but wanted a meal before the concert, the staff were very accommodating, recommended the best time to eat and the overall service was top quality.
Lovely hotel with very helpful staff. The restaurant is very tranquil, and provides an oasis of calm very close to the bustling centre of Maastricht. My room was well equipped with coffee maker and Bluetooth speaker, great shower. Hotel also has a very nice bar.
Beautiful hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed, lots of thick towels and very nice shampoo and shower gel. Very clean everywhere. Would definitely recommend.
Great location, located very few meters from downtown, the room clean, warm and cozy and the bathroom immense with everything you need. The receptionist very kind, recommended us two nice meat restaurants and answered all our curiosities. Thank you very much for the welcome, it was a really pleasant stay. Recommended!
Clearly a big disappointment.
Rooms are ok.
Service is a disaster.
We couldn’t have breakfast in the morning because we were told it was full, and that we and our 3 children have to wait half an hour to be able to have breakfast. Anyway we found a restaurant outside that was serving breakfast.
The cleaning of the room was not done after we asked 2 times. They did partially cleaned our room when we asked for the third time but the sheets were not changed, the garbages bag were not cleaned, the vacuum not done…
And to finish the dinner at the restaurant was a total joke. The wait never stops. Half of the food arrived uncooked… we are hoping to not get sick from it.
Would definitely NOT recommend this hotel.
